My background

With 25 years of experience in management and organization consulting, I have acquired expertise in four domains of leadership development: governance advisory, management consulting, leadership coaching and team facilitation. 

I started my career as a consultant in the European Board Practice of a large American firm. I contributed to developing governance advisory and leadership consulting services for 15 years. I am still active in board evaluations today, mainly for family-owned and small and medium-sized companies. 

As a Partner of TM Partenaires since 2012, I have advised many CEOs and OHRDs on subjects such as HR strategy, talent identification and assessment, and senior management leadership development. My clients include large Tier-1 multinational companies, SBF-120 companies and fast-growing medium-sized European businesses. 

I founded Talent Partnership in 2018 for my executive coaching and team off-site workshops activities.I work as an independent or in partnership with other consulting and coaching firms.

I work as Affiliate Coach at Russell Reynolds. Depending on the needs of the assignment, I work alone or with colleagues from my network with whom I share a work ethic.

    Certified Executive Coach Coach&Team® (Vincent Lenhardt’s school), supervised and therefore continuously monitored, evaluated and trained
    RNCP certified coach in individual and group coaching
    Certified in Lominger® competency frameworks
    Certified in Hogan® and DISC® psychometric tests 

    I adhere to the code of ethics and conduct published by the Société Française de Coaching.

     A French national, I work in French and English, via Visio conference or face-to-face.
